back up your outlook(pst file) data

Microsoft outlook which stores all of your data ( emails , calaner, notes, etc) in your computer hard drive in the form of a single PST (Personal Folder) file.All of yoru data is stored in single file so to prevent the data loss when you .pst file may damaged u should backup your data on regular bases.At the time of data loss situations you o get back your data from backup data file.
Process to backup PST file


Steps to back .pst file manually ::

1.Close all messaging applications such as MS Outlook, Exchange Server, or MS Windows messaging.

2.Go to Start- > Run. Type (or copy and paste) below command in Open box and press

5.click User Accounts and follow step 3.
6.Double-click Mail icon.
7.Click Show Profiles.
8.Select the appropriate use profile and then select Properties.
9.Click Data Files.
10.Under the Name, click Personal Folder Service, Which you like to backup.
11.Click Settings and note the file path.
12.Close all Properties windows.
13.copy file on desired location like computer hard drive
